HMC's engineering
team is capable to draw up the details for complete plant engineering from plant layout to
equipment selection, equipment design, piping schedules, material balance, utility
balance, heat balance,loading and strength calculations of supporting structure etc. and
capable for designing and engineering of complete sugar plant ranging crushing capacity of
cane from 500 TCD to 12,000 TCD and beet sugar plants upto 3000 TCD based on various
processes such as :
Double carbonation double
sulphitation process
Sulpho defecation process
Defecation remelt carbonation /
sulphitation process
Defecation remelt taloflac /
sulphitation process
Any other process preffered by
buyer.
Achievements
Designed,
manufactured and supplied 23 complete sugar plants of various capacities within Pakistan,
two (2) to Bangladesh and one (1) to Indonesia.
Developed 3 & 5 roller mill
upto roller size 42" x 84"
Developed double and single
reduction L.S. gearing upto 850 KW
Oil and bagasse fired boiler upto
80 T/hr for sugar plants
BMRE of various sugar plant in
Pakistan.
Services
Besides supply of sugar plants machinery
and equipment on ex-works basis, HMC also undertake sugar projects on turn-key basis which
include manufacture, supply, erection, installation and trial test of plant. Wherever
required HMC provide supervision services after erection, installation of self
manufactured plants as well. HMC also provides training services / facilities to buyers
technical personnel for plant operation and maintenance etc.
